Day 180

Today was the hottest September 2nd since 1954 - WAY before I was born! And was it ever hot!!
I talked with Wade this morning and we had a great visit. He's having a hard time this week keeping his mind on work. It's totally focused on what he'll be doing and where he'll be traveling next week.
Once we finished, I ran to the church for a quick planning session with Ms. Michelle. Then to Hannah House. It's PLENTY hot there! No AC - no moms or babies anywhere either (they must be out visiting someone with air conditioning) - I turned the ceiling fan on in the office. I was there for about two hours and got all the August financial reports done, paid some bills, and did payroll. So now I don't have to worry too much while I'm busy this month with other things.
I got my new glasses this afternoon and did 'coupon' shopping at Wal-Mart. I bought about 170 dollars worth of stuff and paid about 129 dollars - not too bad.
Tonight Jaide & Jared came for dinner and a movie. We had those new Totino Pizza Stuffers. They were okay, but the ratio of dough and stuffing was off balance. Too much crust and not enough of the good stuff. We watched the "Bugs Bunny Road Runner Movie".
It's been a good day and hopefully we won't break any heat records tomorrow.
