Day 13

Today was a pretty good day for a Saturday. I missed fixing my guy his regular Saturday breakfast though. That would have been eggs (over easy or scrambled with cheese), fakon, toast or biscuit, and maybe some potatoes. Instead I had a bowl of hot oat bran cereal and he would have said, "Yuck!!!".  But my cardiologist stands up and cheers when I eat that because it's healthy, blah, blah, blah..yadda, yadda, yadda.. So I guess I better go with healthy stuff.
The picture you see is the "Wade Wall" in my/our bedroom. There I am too in the mirror and I'm standing in the bathroom door. The giant picture of Wade on the left side is a joke picture he used at a Christmas party in 2009. It was returned to him and I thought it would be great in the room. I can sit in bed and look at all the reminders of Wade right there on the wall. Perfect!! 
This morning after breakfast, I went shopping and got food for tomorrow's dinner. What am I fixing, you say?? Well, you'll have to wait until tomorrow and I'll tell you. I came home and set up netflix in my bedroom. It is so cool, I am using an Apple TV device with an HDMI cable. I was surprised at how good it looks on that tv. I can't wait to do some serious watching in my bedroom! 
At around 5:00 I got to talk on the phone and then on Skype with Wade. That was wonderful!! He's tired out and is glad for the opportunity to just de-stress in a nice, clean, comfortable hotel room. There is a Denny's restaurant next door so if he needs something to eat, it's easy to get to. He's got a fridge and wave in his room. But for now he's relaxing and watching basketball on tv. We talked for about 30 minutes tonight. We'll talk again before he leaves which will be around the first part of next week. 
Tonight there is supposed to be a SuperMoon??  So I'm gonna try to catch that. I heard that the last time we had this was about 18 years ago, unfortunately, I don't remember that one either.  ha-ha.
